 OUR LISTINGS & SOLDS

We've had the good fortune of selling homes for hundreds of families across the Fraser Valley. While occasionally it is a one-time sale, more frequently we have helped families relocate multiple times, with relationships spanning decades in communities across the Valley.

Finding Harmony - Township of Langley

On the Banks of the Fraser River

Langley has always been a hub for the production and trading of natural resources: first fur, followed by cranberries, salmon, and gold. The Township of Langley was inhabited for hundreds of year by several  Stó:lo First Nations, and the first European settlers were traders from the Hudson's Bay Company. These days, the Langleys are ideal communities to be part of shaping B.C.'s future while building from a rich legacy.

Live in the Centre of British Columbia

Known as the “Birthplace of British Columbie these days Langley bridges a storied past with an undeniably modern sensibility. Langley has urban vitality, suburban luxuries, and agricultural roots. The community boasts a myriad of rivers, farms, and parks (including the famously scenic Campbell Valley Regional Park) as well as community and agricultural centers, and several wineries.

Community Building through Festivals & Events

Throughout the year, Langley communities come together to celebrate our heritage and culture today with events like the Cranberry Festival and British Car Show. In May Fort Langley celebrates with its annual May Day parade. A classic big day out for the Langley community, May Day features a parade, live entertainment, traditional Maypole dancing, mini golf, rides, vendors and local favourite: Lions famous BBQ chicken. Expanding Our Agricultural Roots

Beneath the BC Hydro lines that run between 200 and 204 streets is some surprisingly fertile land. The City of Langley has teamed up with Metro Vancouver and Kwantlen Polytechnic University to bring urban agriculture to the 23 acre right-of-way. The Langley Urban Agriculture Demonstration Project is currently in the planning phase, so be on the look out for opportunities to consult on the urban agriculture plan.
