Five Generations of Relationships

We’ve lived, worked, given back and (as children) played with the families who have shaped the Langleys as they are today. With the Horn Team you get generations of connections to buyers, developers, and investors so your home sells quickly for more. Our deep-rooted connection to Langley and its residents goes hand in hand with our value to you.

The rapid growth of Langley is nothing new; but keeping pace with developments and how to market homes today is. We draw on a wealth of experience that helped grow the Langleys, and use the best of today’s technologies to market homes for our sellers.

33 Years of Selling
Real Estate

OUR LISTINGS & SOLDS

We’ve had the good fortune of selling homes for hundreds of families across the Fraser Valley. While occasionally it is a one-time sale, more frequently we have helped families relocate multiple times, with relationships spanning decades in communities across the Valley.

OUR STORY

There’s nothing inflated about the Horn Real Estate Team. Good, hard work provided for good people over generations. The Horn Team is here to make selling your home at the exact right time, and for more, hassle-free. Living and working in the Fraser Valley for more than 30 years, the Horn Team started contributing here way before that –  a legacy of community engagement.

Pamela Omelaniec

Pam is known among clients, friends, family and the larger Langley community alike for the compassion and care she brings to every single interaction. Also renowned for her relocation skills and certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist – clients feel lucky to have her as both their advocate and an ear to bend. Pam’s love for real estate extends well beyond being part of a family business – she is excited to go to work every single day. It shows. When not working, Pam spends time with her two kids, her puppy, and on the golf course.

Deanna has been an active REALTOR® for more than 30 years and is a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). Her vast experience in and love for the profession is notable and a source of inspiration for many. She is an advocate for the industry and an eminent figure within RE/MAX, BC real estate, and Canadian real estate, having served as President of both the regional and provincial real estate organizations. Her commitment to her community is similarly illustrious. She has helped (and continues to) shape the future of Langley in her work as Chair of the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation, and as a member of a Township of Langley Task Force and standing Committee.

On the Banks of the Fraser River

Langley has always been a hub for the production and trading of natural resources: first fur, followed by cranberries, salmon, and gold. The Township of Langley was inhabited for hundreds of year by several Stó:lo First Nations, and the first European settlers were traders from the Hudson’s Bay Company. These days, the Langleys are ideal communities to be part of shaping B.C.’s future while building from a rich legacy.

Known as the “Birthplace of British Columbia,” these days Langley bridges a storied past with an undeniably modern sensibility. Langley has urban vitality, suburban luxuries, and agricultural roots. The community boasts a myriad of rivers, farms, and parks (including the famously scenic Campbell Valley Regional Park) as well as community and agricultural centers, and several wineries.

LANGLEY THEN AND NOW

Community Building through Festivals & Events

Throughout the year, Langley communities come together to celebrate our heritage and culture today with events like the Cranberry Festival and British Car Show. In May Fort Langley celebrates with its annual May Day parade. A classic big day out for the Langley community, May Day features a parade, live entertainment, traditional Maypole dancing, mini golf, rides, vendors and local favourite: Lions famous BBQ chicken. There’s really nothing like it.

LANGLEY THEN AND NOW

Beneath the BC Hydro lines that run between 200 and 204 streets is some surprisingly fertile land. The City of Langley has teamed up with Metro Vancouver and Kwantlen Polytechnic University to bring urban agriculture to the 23 acre right-of-way. The Langley Urban Agriculture Demonstration Project is currently in the planning phase, so be on the look out for opportunities to consult on the urban agriculture plan.
