It Takes Being Here.
It takes experience to be the best. It takes time to know – people, communities, strategies. We navigate Langley real estate daily with sellers who know we’ve been there because we’ve been here.
Five Generations of Relationships
We’ve lived, worked, given back and (as children) played with the families who have shaped the Langleys as they are today. With the Horn Team you get generations of connections to buyers, developers, and investors so your home sells quickly for more. Our deep-rooted connection to Langley and its residents goes hand in hand with our value to you.
The rapid growth of Langley is nothing new; but keeping pace with developments and how to market homes today is. We draw on a wealth of experience that helped grow the Langleys, and use the best of today’s technologies to market homes for our sellers.
33 Years of Selling
Real Estate
OUR LISTINGS & SOLDS
We’ve had the good fortune of selling homes for hundreds of families across the Fraser Valley. While occasionally it is a one-time sale, more frequently we have helped families relocate multiple times, with relationships spanning decades in communities across the Valley.
On the Banks of the Fraser River
Langley has always been a hub for the production and trading of natural resources: first fur, followed by cranberries, salmon, and gold. The Township of Langley was inhabited for hundreds of year by several Stó:lo First Nations, and the first European settlers were traders from the Hudson’s Bay Company. These days, the Langleys are ideal communities to be part of shaping B.C.’s future while building from a rich legacy.
Known as the “Birthplace of British Columbia,” these days Langley bridges a storied past with an undeniably modern sensibility. Langley has urban vitality, suburban luxuries, and agricultural roots. The community boasts a myriad of rivers, farms, and parks (including the famously scenic Campbell Valley Regional Park) as well as community and agricultural centers, and several wineries.

The Pulse of
Langley Real
Estate
We don’t do guesswork, hunches, or intuition. We collect market data and determine what matters based on long-honed hindsight and foresight.
Here’s a snapshot of the market right now. Across the Fraser Valley active inventory is the lowest seen in 10 years.
There’s a wrong time to sell, a right time to sell, and an even better time to sell. We’re here to guide you to that even better time. And, sometimes, that time is not today. Rest assured we will never rush you into a rash or short-sighted decision. You and your home deserve the exact right time.

LANGLEY THEN AND NOW
Community Building through Festivals & Events
Throughout the year, Langley communities come together to celebrate our heritage and culture today with events like the Cranberry Festival and British Car Show. In May Fort Langley celebrates with its annual May Day parade. A classic big day out for the Langley community, May Day features a parade, live entertainment, traditional Maypole dancing, mini golf, rides, vendors and local favourite: Lions famous BBQ chicken. There’s really nothing like it.

LANGLEY THEN AND NOW
Beneath the BC Hydro lines that run between 200 and 204 streets is some surprisingly fertile land. The City of Langley has teamed up with Metro Vancouver and Kwantlen Polytechnic University to bring urban agriculture to the 23 acre right-of-way. The Langley Urban Agriculture Demonstration Project is currently in the planning phase, so be on the look out for opportunities to consult on the urban agriculture plan.
